Although the business manager TianLei has been following up on our cooperation issues tirelessly, our company has a strict supplier review process. From 2009 to 2012, we did not have any cooperation. During the period, we will still participate in every mechanical exhibition, and SYNM has always been an exhibitor, and will politely send us an email to ask us to visit their booth every time. Until 13 years, the supplier we cooperated with had a problem. We needed a ball mill for a very important project. We were told that it could not be delivered by the contract deadline. If the ball mill cannot be delivered on time, we will lose nearly 100,000+ US dollars. As a last resort, we tried to talk to Tian Lei and finally started to cooperate with SYNM for the first time. Although we tried large orders for the first time, we couldn't help it. Finally, to our surprise, SYNM is not only more advantageous in terms of price, but also very skilled in quality control. Now SYNM is our main supplier of mineral processing equipment.

They are very busy and their business is very good. Every time I go to China, I like to visit their factories. What I value most is quality. Whether it is my own products or the products they produce for other customers, the quality needs to be good, so as to reflect the strength of this factory. So I have to go to their production line every time. Our company started to set foot in the European market in 2015, and we quickly put forward our requirements for quality with SYNM. Tian Lei not only achieved quality differentiation but also provided me with a lot of advice on the European market. Now I have successfully opened up the European market and have become the agent of SYNM in the Italian market.

When working with SYNM, I just started my import business in 2016. My friend told me to find suppliers on Alibaba, but everything doesn't seem that simple. In the beginning, I found a supplier on Alibaba. The price was very attractive. In the end, I received a lot of rubbish. After cooperating with SYNM, the European business manager Jia Wei gave me a lot of useful suggestions. What I admire most is the company’s patience with customers. I remember once because my problem caused a bill of lading problem, I couldn’t clear it. Hundreds of thousands of dollars of goods were detained at the customs. This loss was really unbearable for my newly established company. At that time, I was very anxious. I kept accusing Jiawei of not handling it properly and complaining that I would not cooperate with SYNM anymore. Jia Wei was very tolerant of my bad temper and never accused me, and then kept contacting the freight forwarder, and finally helped me with the goods at the customs deadline. I feel so ashamed and apologize to her. SYNM always emphasizes that the problem should be dealt with as soon as the problem arises, and after the problem is solved, we will care about who is right and who is wrong. We have been cooperating for 5 years now, and my company is developing well now. It is great to have SYNM as a supplier.
